- Is it possible to use the attractions without cards?
No. Charges for tickets can only be made by the card system, which requires cards from Zazaland.
- Can we leave our children with the workers and leave the area?
We treat the customers of our park with outmost care, however the main responsibility for controlling the children is on parents. We do have a chargeable ”ZazaNanny” nurse service in our park, where you can leave your child in the hands of our experienced staff.
How long can the amount be stored on the card?
Our cards are termless, so the amount on your card is also termless. There is no time or period limit.
If the card is damaged, is it possible to transfer the amount to another card?
Yes, in case of a damaged card you buy a new card and we will transfer it to the new card.
- If we have several cards, can we concentrate our money on one card?
Yes, you can.
Can we withdraw the money from the card?
No, but you can use it whenever you want.
Is it possible to pay once but take advantage of trampoline several times?
No, if the child goes out of the trampoline, you have to pay again for the second entrance.
